Non-Emergency Common Area Work Order Requests can be submitted through your online American Properties Team client portal. Mohammed Ait Lahsen, Maintenance Tech, is dedicated to Pleasant Street Condominiums on Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Wednesdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Off-hour response is available for building emergencies only. If a building emergency occurs after hours, please call the Pleasant Street Leasehold Condominiums' emergency telephone number at 781-932-3841, which should be used only for evening and weekend maintenance emergencies.
