New Possibilities for Making Harvard Home

100 South Campus Drive (SCD) is our newest residential community in Allston that brings sustainable living and vibrant community spaces to the comfort of your home. 100 SCD adds 276 brand new residential units to the Barry's Corner neighborhood, located just across the Charles River within a 1-mile walk to Harvard Yard. 

100 South Campus Drive will be available for eligible Harvard Affiliates to sign leases in April, with lease start dates in August. More specific information and dates will be shared as we finalize more details in the Spring.

As part of the Harvard University Housing (HUH) portfolio, 100 South Campus Drive offers all of the benefits of living with HUH, including:

  • Professional Harvard Property Management
  • Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in your monthly rent
  • Zero initial fees: No security deposit, application fee, or finder's fee required
  • Curated community programming and events from the Graduate Commons Program (available to all residents!)

If you're interested in leasing at 100 South Campus Drive, you can submit a free application through our leasing portal starting on March 1, 2026 to get screened for eligibility. If you're eligible, you'll get approved access to our Housing Lottery in May and receive updates to your email regarding the release of units for 100 South Campus Drive in April.

We are excited to share that we are hosting a Pre-Leasing Event for 100 South Campus Drive that will take place before our Annual Housing Lottery in May. This is a one-time opportunity to potentially secure your housing early if you have your eye on these brand new apartments as your next home!

The Pre-Leasing Event for 100 South Campus Drive will be taking place on April 15-16. Take note of the deadlines and details below to request access!

How to Access the Pre-Leasing Event & Important Details:

  1. You will first need to have an approved application with HUH.
    If you have not submitted an application yet, you can submit one for free now.

  2. After your application is approved, please fill out the 100 SCD Pre-Lease request form by Friday, April 10 to request access to the Pre-Leasing Event. 
    • Strict Deadline: Submissions after April 10 will not be considered for access to the Event.
  3. Submissions will be randomly selected to participate in the Pre-Leasing Event. 
    • Submitting a request does not guarantee access to the Event.
    • If you are selected for access to the Event, it does not guarantee that you will secure an apartment. Participant selection of apartments will be first come, first served.
  4. More information regarding logistics of the Pre-Leasing Event will be sent to those selected for the Event after April 10.
    Keep an eye out for details sent to the email address you submitted on your HUH application!

100 South Campus Drive will be joining our growing portfolio of high-performance residential buildings designed and engineered to the world’s most rigorous sustainability standards providing living spaces optimized for comfort, health, and well-being. Built to support Harvard's Goal Zero initiative, our new property aligns with the University’s Sustainability Action Plan and offers residents the opportunity to experience the next generation of fossil-fuel free, sustainable living.

As we near construction completion, more information will be shared about the final features and construction practices that were implemented into the design and materials of 100 SCD that achieve these goals.
