Please report all common area maintenance requests to the Property Management Office between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If the office is closed leave a message with your request and it will be reviewed on the next business day. The Property Management Office will take steps to address the repair or maintenance item within the guidelines and directives of the Board.
Off-hour response is available for emergencies only. If an emergency occurs after hours, please call the Mediate Management office at 617-395-7638 and you will be connected to the answering service. Emergencies will be given priority and non-emergency requests will be scheduled at the first reasonably available time.
