The Observatory Commons Condominiums are professionally managed by Mediate Management Company. Mediate Management Client Services can assist owners 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and can be reached at 617-316-3300 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-Emergency Common Area Work Order Request
We encourage unit owners to report all Common Area maintenance requests to the Property Management Office during normal business hours. Requests can be submitted through your online Mediate Management client portal or directly to the property management. If you call when the office is closed, please leave a message about your request, and it will be reviewed on the next business day. The Property Management Office will take steps to effect the repair or maintenance item within the guidelines of the budget and directives of the Board Of Trustees.

Observatory Condominium Owners are provided with an online client portal profile to make payments, download and view owner documents and submit common area maintenance requests. After Hour Emergencies
To report a property emergency, please call 617-316-3300. Off-hour response is available for emergencies only. If an emergency occurs after hours, please contact the Mediate Management office at 617-316-3300, and you will be connected to the answering service who will forward your request to the on-call team. Emergencies will be given priority, and non-emergency requests will be scheduled at the first reasonably available time by the property manager.
