Affiliates that need housing for the 2012-2013 academic year should submit a new HU Housing application between March 1 and May 1. Valid applications submitted during this time are eligible to participate in the View and Select Window process in May to early June, when our inventory is at its peak. Apartments with lease start dates of June 5 and later will be offered through the View and Select process. However, we do accept applications year-round if you miss the May 1 deadline.

Another advantage to applying early is that as soon as your application is approved, you can log in at http://www.huhousing.harvard.edu to check our Self Service - Currently Available listings on a daily basis. This year, apartments with lease start dates of June 4 and earlier will be posted on the Currently Available list beginning in early April. The number of available apartments grows weekly until the May View and Select Window periods commence. Even then, we can receive unexpected cancellations at any time. If you are interested in visiting any of the apartments that may be listed, please contact the Leasing Office at 617-495-1459 to make arrangements.

Please browse the links to the left for detailed information on the application and leasing processes.
