The Pleasant Street Condominiums are professionally managed by S-C Management Corp. We encourage you to report all COMMON AREA maintenance requests to the Property Management Office between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
You may telephone us at 617-495-7033 or submit your non-emergency request on this form (fill out the form, then save to your computer and attach the form to an email to Ericka Pasersky at epasersky@s-cmanagement.com. Or, print the completed form and drop it off at the 165 Pleasant Street Management Office.
Ericka Pasersky's hours are:
Monday: 7:30-1
Tuesday: 7:30-1
Wednesday: 10-3
Thursday: 10-6
Friday: 8-12 (remote)
If you call when the office is closed, please leave a message about your request and it will be reviewed on the next business day. The Property Management Office will take steps to effect the repair or maintenance item within the guidelines of the budget and directives of the Board.
Emergencies
Off-hour response is available for emergencies only. If an emergency occurs after hours, please call the Control Center at 617-495-5560 to be connected to the emergency on-call service. Emergencies will be given priority and non-emergency requests will be scheduled at the first reasonably available time.
